Mr. Sakchai Punyajaray was officially appointed as Country Manager of 3Com (Thailand) Co., Ltd. on 1st November 2009. As the Country Manager for Thailand, Sakchai is responsible for all sales, customer and partner programs, as well as the day-to-day operations of 3Com in Thailand. He will report directly to Rose Chen, Vice-President & General Manager, 3Com Asia Pacific.
Sakchai has over 19 years of experience in the IT and computer industry and has deep knowledge of today’s networking devices and technologies, especially in sales, strategic planning, business development and business management.
Sakchai has been working with 3Com for more than 13 years and experiencing in all kinds of customers ranging from SOHO (Small Office Home Office), SMB (Small and Medium Business) and mid and large Enterprise. Sakchai first worked for 3Com as a Channel Manager, responsible for distributors and SMB Partners and was since promoted to Country Sales Manager, responsible for 3Com’s Gold Partners and Sales Director before taking his current position.
Prior to joining 3Com Thailand, Sakchai first entered the business as a Systems Engineer at TN. Nixdorf Computer (Thailand) Co., Ltd. His career path was then changed when he took a job as a Sales Engineer for SCT Computer Co., Ltd. before moving to Kernel Computer and Communication Co., Ltd. working as a Sales Manager.
Mr. Sakchai Punyajaray holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang and a Master’s degree of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Marketing from Thammasat University.
