Chartered Square Holding Co., Ltd. has invested more than 6 million baht to renovate the parking lot within the Chartered Square Building, a rising 5-Star office building on North Sathon Road, Bangkok. Epoxy coating has been applied on every parking floor to increase friction against tyres, boost functionality and durability of the parking surface and improve safety. The parking lot renovation is destined to deliver the highest customer satisfaction and align the building’s image with its 5-Star position. Chartered Square Building is the city’s only office building with epoxy coated parking space.
