Bangkok--5 Feb--Indigo Pearl Resort Star Michelin Chef Jean-Michel Minguella, owner of restaurant Le Miramar In Marseilles brings a touch of Provence to Indigo-Pearl and will make you discover (finally!) what “Bouillabaisse” is all about! On the 17th and 21st of February A special “A la Carte” will be proposed with Specialties from Provence including the famous bouillabaisse. On the 18th and 19th, A Gastronomic Degustation Dinner, 6 course set menu at BHT 3,500 ++ per person inclusive of Selected wines from the South of France. On the 20th savor the real and true “Bouillabaisse” right on the beach at BHT 1990 ++ inclusive of a Bottle of wine per couple. Dj and live fire show will also be part of the feast! On the 21st Special “Savor of Provence” Brunch featuring the Bouillabaisse and other Specialties at BHT 1790 ++ per person inclusive of free flow of Ros้ wines and selected Cocktails.
