Two-Michelin Star French chef Manual Martinez, the chef owner of restaurant Relais Louis XIII in Paris will fly in especially from France to showcase his innovative and exciting cuisine at D?j? Vu restaurant, Pullman Bangkok King Power for the 2nd anniversary of this award-winning restaurant. Chef Martinez was awarded the status of Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 1986 (French Master Chef) and will prepare for this unique event to delight you with its culinary art. Come and enjoy the best taste of French food menus for 6 courses at 3,300 baht (nett) per person from Tuesday, 9th to Sunday 13th March 2010 at 7 pm.

Chef Manuel Martinez is recognized as one of the top chef who carried 10 years experience ( 1987-1996) as Executive Chef at "La Tour D’Argent", the most reputed restaurant in Paris (3 Michelin-star during his whole time in the kitchen over there Chef Martinez now owns and manages Relais Louis XIII. Housed in a monastery where Louis XIII was proclaimed King in 1610 after the assassination of his father Henri IV, the setting of this 2 Michelin star restaurant is at the image of Chef Martinez cuisine: stunning.
