Hong Kong Fisherman Suki & Restaurant prepares a special Chinese New Year Set Menu to serve you in this special moment of the year, featuring traditional Chinese dishes revisited by our Chef, like Salmon Spicy Salad (Yi Sang), Barbecued Suckling Pig, Wok Fried Golden Sand Prawn with Mayonnaise and Braised Shark’s Fin in Brown Sauce. They will all be available as a Set Menu, with a free Bottle of wine, oranges and a Chinese New Year Cake (called “Nian Gao”) when ordering it for a price of 9,880 Baht only (for 8-10 persons) as well as in individual portions.
Moreover, this year we will propose special Golden Dim Sum for welcoming the Tiger Year including Bamboo Pith and Salmon in Egg White Sauce, Fried Lotus Roots with Black Mushroom and Wok Fried Traditional Lunar New Year Cake. All ingredients have been chosen by our Chinese chef for both their quality and as symbols representing good luck according to Chinese’s belief.
