NEO is unveiling an exciting trade show strategy by launching ‘AHFA Asia 2010,’ a niche marketplace for animal health, feed and the additive business in Asia --- all this following the great success of VIV Asia, ILDEX and PP&DFA.

Exhibition Organizer Co., Ltd., (NEO) now unveils a new trade show marketing strategy by launching a niche exhibition for animal health, feed and the feed additive business -- namely ‘Animal Health, Feed and Feed Additive Asia 2010’ or ‘AHFA Asia 2010’. The show takes place on March 1-3, 2010 at Imperial Queen’s Park Hotel, Bangkok. This will be the new business forum for the Asian livestock industry.
Ms. Ladda Mongkolchaivivat, General Manager, N.C.C. Exhibition Organizer Co., Ltd., the organizer of Pig, Poultry & Dairy Focus Asia 2010 (PP&DFA 2010) and Animal Health, Feed and Feed Additive Asia 2010 (AHFA Asia 2010) said that after its success in building the VIV Asia brand in Thailand and the ILDEX brand overseas, NEO realizes there is still room for business opportunities in Thailand. Because the Thai Economy looks to be on the path to recovery, business confidence is improving. One good indicator is that the number of attendees for PP&DFA 2010 hit the highest record in its 8-year history, topping 700 people. Ms. Mongkolchaivivat believes that the launch of AHFA Asia 2010 is the proper time to offer a new platform for Asia’s animal health and feed business due to said improving business and economic conditions.
Ms. Mongkolchaivivat said that NEO is satisfied it has done everything necessary to make its livestock shows more than worthy. Indeed, for AHFA Asia 2010, NEO is working in cooperation with its long-term business partner (VNU Exhibition Europe), to capitalize on VNU’s strength in database marketing. For PP&DFA 2010, NEO is working closely with UK-based Positive Action Publication -- a leading international livestock publication -- to organize Asia’s most significant technical livestock conference in eight years.
Because PP&DFA 2010 and AHFA Asia 2010 are being held at the same time, a good networking strategy for participants is certain. And because this will be Asia’s largest regional technical conference, Asian livestock professionals can learn about the newest technologies and innovations in the pig, poultry and dairy industry. Needless to say, business discussions in relation to animal health, feed and feed additives at AHFA Asia 2010 should be very informative.
Although PP&DFA 2010 and AHFA Asia 2010 are being held at the same location, show promotions are being handled separately due to the events’ differening focus. PP&DFA 2010 has been promoted to a wider audience, while AHFA Asia 2010’s focus is on animal health, feed and feed additives only. “We believe that both PP&DFA 2010 and AHFA Asia 2010 will attract those from Asia’s livestock industry. Also, AHFA Asia 2010 will be opened for general trade visitors; therefore we expect more people on the exhibition area,” Ms. Mongkolchaivivat said.
