Bangkok--16 Feb--The Conrad Bangkok Drinking Tea Eating Rice, Japanese Restaurant at The Conrad Bangkok, welcomes a Japanese Guest Chef Satoshi Hata (? ?) from Japan to demonstrate his unique French-influenced Teppanyaki Cuisine, from 18th — 27th February, 2010. Satoshi Hata has a very unique cooking style strongly influenced by French cuisine combined with Japanese traditional Teppanyaki. He is known for his creative cooking method, turning the iron plate of Teppanyaki into a tool for deep-frying, steaming, boiling in his never-ending pursuit of finding new innovative ways of Japanese cookery. *Special: Chef Hata will also conduct Teppanyaki Cooking Class on Saturday 20 and Wednesday 24 February 2010 from 10:00-12:00 hrs. for those interested at Baht 1,750++ per person including lunch and certificate.
