Diners can enjoy delights such as shake butter yakisoba, pan-fried salmon steak and egg noodle with soya butter sauce, and the delicious shake tataki salad, seared salmon and garden vegetable salad with ponzu dressing. Other highlights from Chef Ikeda’s newly created salmon dishes include shake yuba age mentaiko mayonnaise, deep-fried salmon and vegetable roll with soya bean sheet, spicy cod mayonnaise sauce.
