In a move to realize its vision to become the hospital of choice to all stakeholders, Samitivej Group today announced that it has strengthened its management team by promoting Dr. Somsiri Sakolsatayadorn, former Director of Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital as the Group’s Deputy CEO. Dr. Chokchai Jarusiripipat is appointed Director of Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital, replacing Dr. Somsiri.

She will be able to leverage her experience and corporate understanding for the better benefits of patients, organization, employees and partners while increasing the group’s competitiveness in the industry.
Joining Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital since 1981, Dr. Somsiri has been recognized for her outstanding performance, care and management skills. She has been instrumental to the Group’s fast and healthy development in terms of marketing, medical and service excellence throughout these years. With her strong leadership and forward-looking characteristics, she has been promoted to several management positions including head of the pediatrics department, deputy director of Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital and Director of Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital. She was appointed a member of the Samitivej Public Company Limited’s board of directors in April 2005.
After Dr. Somsiri takes the new assignment, Dr. Chokchai Jarusiripipat, formerly deputy director of the Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital, will replace her as the hospital director. Dr. Chokchai is a specialist in nephrology and has been working with Samitivej since 1990.
His pleasant, down-to-earth characteristics combined with his medical and managerial expertise have earned him great respect and trust from the group’s management, colleagues, hospital staff members and business partners. His insight of the Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital, accumulated throughout the past 20 years at the hospital, will enable Dr. Chokchai to drive the hospital towards greater success through an offering of excellent services to its patients.
