LARGEST EVER ANIMAL FEED & GRAIN SHOW OPENS IN BANGKOK IN MARCH.

Bangkok--4 Mar--Four Hundred Bangkok will host Asia/Pacific’s largest dedicated animal feed & grain event from 3 - 5 March. Over 150 of the world’s leading companies that supply these important industry sectors will exhibit at the prestigious Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in central Bangkok. Visitors from throughout South and South East Asia see a wide variety of both international and local exhibitors that are involved in these very important industries. The event will include three trade shows — FIAAP Asia, Victam Asia and GRAPAS Asia as well as a series of conferences and technical seminars. All of which are supported by the Thai Government through the Ministry of Agriculture & Co Operatives, Department of Livestock Development, Department of Fisheries, Thai Feed Mill Association, Thai Rice Milling Association, Thai Petfood Association, the Thai Chamber of Commerce and the Thai Convention & Exhibition Bureau. FIAAP Asia is a specialist show for companies that sell and supply ingredients and additives that are used within the formulation of feeds for animals, aquaculture and petfood. The show is co-located with Victam Asia which covers the equipment, systems and technology that manufacture high volumes of feeds for all different animals and aquaculture. Visitors will see the very large and sophisticated machinery required for the production of these feeds. This show also covers the emerging new energy sector of biomass. Biomass is processing of organic wastes into pellets. These pellets can then be burnt in power production facilities as an alternative green energy source. Lastly there will be a new trade show — GRAPAS Asia. This exhibition covers a diverse number of specialist industry sectors that are based on the processing of grain. You will find companies that supply machinery, ingredients and technology used in the sorting and milling of rice and flour, industrial noodle and pasta production, extruded snack production and the manufacture of breakfast cereals. A wide range of ancillary equipment that is used in a number of diverse industries will also be on show. This includes silos, conveyors, bucket elevators, sieves, magnets, formulation programmes, drying systems, etc. The following technical conferences & workshops will take place during the event.
