Volvo Cars unveiled “S80 2.5FT Business”, a new segment targeting businesses which spare no expenses. The new variant will help enhance organizations’ success opportunities with greater flexibility on fuel blend, ranging from 100% gasoline, or any blend of gasoline and renewable bioethanol up to 85% (E85), outstanding safety packages as well as Scandinavian design with enhanced confidence. Greater value is guaranteed by irresistible price of Bt2.499 million.

The sophisticated Volvo S80 2.5FT Business is powered by a FlexiFuel E85 five-cylinder 2.5-litre turbocharged engine with a power output of 200 horsepower and 300 Nm of torque at 1500—4500 revs., mated to a six-speed Geartronic transmission for uncompromised driving pleasure. It gives the greatest fuel flexibility that range from 100% gasoline, or any blend of gasoline and bioethanol up to 85%.
Volvo gave the S80 chrome accent to reflect confidence and success. The S80 2.5FT Business will come with chrome trim on the side passenger doors, front air damp and fog lamps and underneath rear tail lights, and enlarged Volvo emblem for bolder look.
The interior decoration accentuates sophistication and success through the two-tone beige and black door panels, beige leather upholster and black carpet, leather clad steering wheel, leather clad gear knob with aluminium inlay, illuminated door opener and chrome trim ignition button. Chrome trim on the central console stack gives a fresher look of luxury and contemporary look.
In addition to the sophisticated look, S80 2.5FT Business continue to maintain Volvo’s safety reputation. The sedan comes with a range of safety features, including cruise control, parking sensor and Personal Car Communicator (PCC) which is an advanced control centre in pocket format. At the touch of a button, the car owner can instantly find out whether the car is locked or unlocked; whether the alarm has been activated or even if there is an intruder inside the car or not through a heartbeat sensor. And it is possible to check at any time and from anywhere if the PCC is within the range of 60-100 metres.
