But it's not all, you will compare 2 vintages of the top range of Chateau des Brumes: La Fleur 2004 and 2005, Jacques Bacou, the French wine maker of Chateau des Brumes will explain and answer to your questions about this prestigious quality wines.
The wines are French in style with an emphasis on structure, texture, balance and complexity. They are wines of majestic quality, displaying power, elegance, complexity and finesse. These are Thailand's finest wines, capable of competing with and even knocking over a few of the high price wines from the more renowned wine producing countries.

Welcome guest and registration start at 6.30pm onward and on La Terrace du Bonjour it will be served
Village Cellar 2009 Rose in a cocktail style with French saucisson.
Then at 7pm guests will be invited to join the restaurant where the wine dinner will start with:
