Mr. Boyd Barker, General Manager of Hua Hin Marriott Resort and Spa announced the appointment of Mr. Hans D’mello as the new Human Resources Manager at Hua Hin Marriott Resort and Spa.
Mr. Hans graduated from Central Queensland University in Melbourne, Australia in Master of Human Resources Management with a Bachelor of Science (Industrial Psychology) from Chiangmai University, Chiangmai, Thailand. He also obtained certificate of technology information from NIIT, Mumbai, India. His most recent post was Human Resources Manager at Six Senses Hideaway Hua Hin & Evason Hua Hin.
His work experience includes other hotels such as Le Meridien and Six Senses. He firstly started his career in a hotel as a stewarding in 2003 at Le Meridien at Rialto, Melbourne, Australia before being promoted to Room Service & Minibar Captain and cross-experience in Human Resources as HR Assistant in 2004 before relocating back to Six Senses Hua Hin.
In his new role at Hua Hin Marriott Resort and Spa, Hans will oversee all Human Resources activities and take initiatives in directing the Hotel Management team in providing the Resort’s valued associates with a professional approach and exceeding their satisfaction.
