Mercedes-Benz establishing business insight tools to support dealers to boost customer experience

Bangkok--15 Mar--TQPR Mercedes-Benz, the leading manufacturer of luxury cars has taken one more step forward to further enhance its customer experience. The company recently implemented management dashboards that provide a clear picture about the status and activities of Thai dealers who are the main interface to end customers. The dashboard solution captures data from different sources such as customer satisfaction surveys and operational databases and transforms them into a meaningful overview of critical business information. The underlying software solution combines data from multiple sources and exports easy-to-use interactive dashboards into PDF or MS PowerPoint format. Consequently, they can be easily used as a working tool in the field or for management presentations.
