Throughout March, Chef Ikeda will be serving an exquisite dishes created using the freshest spring vegetables and premium quality red snapper. Chef Ikeda, a passionate and intuitive master chef offers discerning diners refined traditional dishes and inspired modern cuisine. The new menu will include kaisen sansei kaki age, deep-fried seafood with mountain vegetable and a dip, and takenoko okaka, boiled bamboo shoots in soy sauce and wrapped in dried bonito. Diners can also enjoy kodai miso zuke, grilled marinated red snapper in a soy bean paste, and kodai sasa sushi, marinated red snapper sushi wrapped in bamboo leaves. Chef Ikeda’s special Japanese dishes of seasonal vegetables and red snapper are available at Kisso throughout March. Kisso features seven private tatami rooms which can accommodate from between four to 20 persons.
