eBay, the world’s largest online marketplace, has revamped its Thai site, introducing a new look with more information and tools to promote a better eBay experience for its Thai users.
At the new and improved site called “eBay Thailand Seller Information Center” at http://export.ebay.co.th, whether you are a new or experienced eBay seller, there will be useful information for you—from how to start an eBay business to seller announcements updated daily on international eBay sites like ebay.com and ebay.co.uk.
For the first time, Thai users can also attend eBay Selling Advantage Webinars which are free online seminars designed to help sellers improve how they do business on eBay. Presented by eBay staff and other invited eBay experts, the webinars cover various topics in Thai and English, ranging from business growth strategies to eBay platform and policy updates.
To encourage interaction amongst its members, the new Thai site also features a Discussion Board where users can become a part of eBay community in order to seek advice and exchange best practices with one another.
For eBay-related selling queries, users can refer to the Seller FAQ page or contact Live Chat found at the top right-hand corner of the homepage. Alternatively, they can call the New Seller Helpline at 02-204-7979 from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.
“The enhanced information and tools of the site were introduced with the aim of helping our Thai members engage more effectively in cross border trade,” said Allis Ghim, Director at eBay, who oversees Southeast Asia and Japan.
“With new features such as webinars and the Discussion Board, there will be more opportunities for Thai eBay users to learn more about e-commerce and interact with one another, thereby building a strong community of users in Thailand.”
