Hua Hin Hills Vineyard, the first and only vineyard in Hua Hin and home of Monsoon Valley wines, has successfully held its first Harvest Charity Auction with funds raised at 2.1 million baht. Organized by the vineyard owners, Chalerm and Daranee Yoovidhya, the Harvest Charity Auction aims to support Preserve Hua Hin and Kui Buri National Park.
Participated by many of Thailand’s forefront socialites, Panchalee Penchart, the guest auctioneer, with assistance from M.L. Korkrita Kritakara and Khun Jeab Sopitnapa Chumpanee raised more than 2 million baht from the auction. Items up for auction include artworks from renowned artists including Tiger painting by English famous artist John Mule and the Lalique Amber Tiger — both from Khun Chalerm’s collection, wildlife photograph from Bruce Kekule, and the bamboo root with silver pelican masterpiece provided by Rolf Von Buren of Lotus Arts de Vivre. Other fabulous auction items include Bang & Olufsen wine bucket and wine opener from Aviva D?cor, Monsoon Valley collection of 6 individually hand-painted bottles by celebrated Thai artists, package for Golf Experience for 4 people at Banyan Golf Resort Hua Hin, specialized cooking class at the Le Cordon Bleu, Riedel Master Class by Georg Riedel for a group of 10 people; getaway packages from the Four Seasons Residence Chiang Mai, the Dusit Cha-Am, luxurious spa experiences from Chiva Som and the Anantara resort, as well as home cooked meal by world renowned David Thompson
The kind-hearted crowds were also lit up with the first-time introduced, limited edition Monsoon Valley Cuv?e de Siam on special label designed by one of Thailand’s most renowned artists, Thawan Duchanee.
