The carvery will also be serving succulent slow roasted leg of lamb with Proven็al herbs, and oven-baked snapper with fragrant Thai spices and herbs. Other highlights of this wonderful Easter buffet include spicy red curry with grilled duck, steamed sea bass with chili and lemon sauce, and roasted spiced pumpkin soup with coconut cream.
