Every April, Thai people visit their place of birth to meet with family and friends to celebrate the arrival of a new year in accordance with the solar calendar. Songkran festival, more commonly referred to as Thai New Year, combines a colourful blend of peaceful rituals and fun-loving water-splashing activities. Come ring in the new year Thai-style with all the sanook (fun) that is common for the season. Package rates start from 5,050+++ Baht per night.
Songkran event on 13th April features: a long drum parade, water blessing ceremony, Thai Dinner Buffet & Seafood BBQ poolside with one bottle of wine / per couple, colourful Thai dance performance, and launching a mini-hot air balloon for good luck.
