Epson Introduces New and Streamlined Website To Optimize Customer Experiences on www.epson.co.th
Epson revamps its corporate website to create better customer optimization; providing them all necessary bilingual information on www.epson.co.th to help both Thai and foreign customers find the right products, get easy access to after-sales services and catch up on the latest innovation and promotion updates.
‘We have improved the look of our corporate website (www.epson.co.th) to optimize customer interactions, including prospective customers interested in Epson products. They will get a quicker and easier access to information they want. At our site, customers will find the right products that match their needs. For example, if they are looking for printer, they can search by papers e.g. A4, A3 or photo paper, by printing properties e.g. double-sided, DVD cover and by connectivity e.g. Ethernet, WiFi and print speed per page. On www.epson.co.th, customers can also find ‘INNOVATION’ section which is packed with interesting technology tidbits such as Micro Piezo, 3LCD, ICE technology, E-TORL Projector, RIP that gives an easy-to-understand introduction and information about each upcoming innovation.

In addition, customers will get to know more about us. On the site, there is a section about Epson’s achievement history on technology and product development since our early stage in 1963, our environmental policies, arts campaigns and our vision that is established ahead for the next 40 years.
