The Conrad Bangkok invites you for an innovative find-dining experience cultivated by Yan Zheng, a culinary artist and innovator from China, to showcase his ingenious creations from May 20th — 29th, 2010 at Liu, the multi-award winning Chinese Restaurant at The Conrad Bangkok.
Yan Zheng is the man behind phenomenal success of Chynna, the nouveau gourmet Chinese restaurant at Hilton Beijing Wangfujing. He is known for his unique combinations of Northern Chinese cuisine, fusing together traditional classics and modern cooking techniques into a gastronomic artistry with award-winning tastes. Signature dishes range from braised pork knuckle with five spices to double boiled bird’s nest with coconut milk and much more.
“I believe in cooking from your heart and soul and putting passion into everything.” says Yan. The proof, of course, is in the dumplings.
Chef Yan Zheng will also conduct Beijing Cuisine Cooking Class on Saturday 22 and Saturday 29 May 2010 from 10:00-12:00 hrs. for interested persons at Baht 1,750++ per person including lunch and certificate.
