Thai Airways International Public Company Limited resumed call center services at its THAI Contact Center located at its Larn Luang office, as of 16 April 2010, 24 hours a day.
Mr. Piyasvasti Amranand, THAI’s President, said that as the situation in the vicinity of THAI’s Larn Luang office has returned to normal, THAI resumed only the call center services at its THAI Contact Center beginning Friday, 16 April 2010 after being closed since 12 April 2010.
THAI’s Ticketing Office at Larn Luang will resume ticketing services as of 19 April 2010, whereby customers may purchase tickets during Monday — Saturday, at 08.00 — 17.00 hours and Sunday at 09.00 — 13.00 hours.
Customers may inquire about flight information, schedules, and make reservations by calling the THAI Contact Center at 0-2356-1111, 24 hours a day.
