Michael Thomas, CEO of Xen Hotels and Resorts, recently announced the appointment of Christophe Mailard as Executive Chef at AKA Resort Hua Hin and AKA Resort Guti.
Christophe’s vast culinary experience is the result of a highly successful 28-year career that has led him to many renowned restaurants and hotels around the world. After polishing his cooking skills under the supervision of famous Michelin star Chefs in France, he had the opportunity to work at world-class venues such as Le Jules Verne restaurant at the Eiffel Tower, the 5-star Sea Born cruise line operating from the United States, and the Metropole hotel in Switzerland. Over the years, his loyal patrons have included acclaimed movie stars from both France and America. Before joining AKA Resorts, Christophe Mailard was Executive Chef at Asara Villa and Suite where he help set up 5-star standards.
