Luxury property developer Raimon Land continued its support for Habitat for Humanity Thailand, a non-profit organisation dedicated to eradicating poor-quality housing and homelessness, through the recent construction of houses in Rayong.
The Raimon Land team, led by Chief Executive Officer Hubert Viriot, recently visited Rayong to build two houses for Duongduen and Supansa Boontoh, residents of a muslim community in Map Ta Phut municipality. The two houses are a part of Raimon Land's corporate social responsibility programme and represent the company's dedication to assist Habitat for Humanity Thailand in providing low-income families with simple and affordable housing.
“Our support for Habitat for Humanity Thailand reflects the importance we place in our entire CSR programme as well as our commitment to improve Thailand's environment by allocating resources to projects that contribute positively to the country," Mr Viriot said.
Raimon Land has supported many previous activities of similar nature, including the construction of three houses in Nakhon Ratchasima in 2008 and joining Executive Build program to build another house in Pathum Thani as a part of Jimmy-Rosalynn Carter Foundation's annual charity efforts in 2009.
