Langham Place Samui at Lamai Beach, the five-star chic modern resort on beautiful Koh Samui, has recently appointed Alexander Bitterling as the new Sous Chef at the resort.
A German national, and although only 23 years old, Mr. Bitterling brings his young and enthusiastic experience from overseas to jazz up the menus at Langham Place Samui at Lamai Beach.
Previously, Mr. Bitterling worked as chef at the Buffalo Club Restaurant and the famous Alchemy Restaurant in Brisbane Australia.
After graduating from the Chefs University in Frankfurt, Mr. Bitterling started his career as Chef at Zarges, a well-known restaurant in Frankfurt, Germany.
With the desire to move to Asia, Mr. Bitterling has decided to move to Koh Samui, in 2010 and take on the position of Sous Chef at Langham Place Samui at Lamai Beach.
