Gerd Steeb, President of Centara Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Denis Thouvard as General Manager of Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket.
Denis has over 20 years of experience in the hotel and hospitality industry, and has amongst other destinations worked in Thailand, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom, including eight years with Starwood Hotels & Resorts and six years at two Luxury collection properties in Thailand and French Polynesia.
Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket will be the only 5-star resort located directly on Karon Beach when it opens in October 2010.
