MV Cape Santiago welcomed on first visit to Unithai Container Terminal

Bangkok--3 Jun--Unithai Unithai Container Terminal recently welcomed the MV Cape Santiago as the Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL) vessel made her maiden call at the facility. She is the second of four 1,300-TEU container carriers that are independently operated by OOCL, and will be berthed at the Unithai Terminal in Samutprakarn every Wednesday to load cargo. Unithai Terminal provides OOCL with highly reliable safety standard and efficient service. OOCL is one of the world's leading container-transport-and-logistics-service providers, with clients in all of the world’s major East-West trading economies. The company has introduced a China-Thailand-Vietnam service (CTV) in response to increasing customer demand in the region. The port rotation is Dalian-Xingang-Qingdao-Xiamen-Hong Kong-Ho Chi Minh City-Laem Chabang-Bangkok-Laem Chabang-Ho Chi Minh City-Hong Kong-Dalian. Unithai Shipping and Logistics Operation Director Puchanee Suksamiti, Senior Terminal Manager Warodom Thamrongthanyawong and Unithai Container Terminal Marketing & Customer Service Manager Yuppadee Mongkolrattanakal welcome OOCL (Thailand) Managing Director Kenneth Chen, Regional Operations Manager Capt Boonyarat Wonghathaithip and Sales Manager Prasith Benjapornthavee as the MV Cape Santiago makes her maiden visit to the Unithai Terminal.
