GSM advance, in cooperation with Citibank Credit Card, launches the latest campaign “Smart Call…Pay Half” under the concept “Call as Much, Pay as half,” offering privilege to customers paying only 50% of statement balance for 10 months when applying a new Citibank Credit Card from today to July 31, 2010.
