CIMB Thai Bank teams up with HOME Renovation Center by SCG to launch Business Premises Loan and one stop service for office building renovation
CIMB Thai Bank PCL has partnered with HOME Renovation Center by SCG of Siam Cement Group to offer Business Premises Loan (BPL) to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for their extension or renovation of office buildings. BPL will help SMEs expand or improve their businesses confidently with financing of up to THB 20 million per customer together with rendering of professional renovation service from HOME Renovation Center by SCG. This partnership will facilitate CIMB Thai and SCG’s market reach to office, shop, franchise, apartment and factory segments.
Mr. Surachai Chitratsenee, Senior Executive Vice President, SME Banking Group Head, CIMB Thai said BPL is a credit facility designed to help SME clients expand or improve businesses conveniently with the maximum credit line of THB 20 million and two interest rate options, i.e. one is fixed interest rate for years 1-3 and MLR + 0.5% p.a. afterward, and the other is floating interest rate of MLR -1% p.a. for years 1-3 and MLR + 0.5% p.a. afterward. The Bank is delighted to join hands with such a professional as HOME Renovation Center by SCG to offer BPL and one-stop renovation service to help boost confidence and ease worries of SME customers.
“In the Bank’s promotion campaign, BPL customers can also enjoy cash back benefit with up to THB 20,000 transferred to their savings account depending on the approved credit line. In addition, if the customers apply for BPL and purchase business owner insurance, we also offer a discount of 0.25% off the first-year interest rate. These benefits will be available until 31 December 2010,” Mr. Surachai said.
