กรุงเทพฯ--24 มิ.ย.--IBM IBM, CMU and itSMF Thailand Provide Indepth ITIL Education to Chiang Mai To set the foundation to deliver skills to IT professionals in northern region IBM Thailand today announced a collaboration between IBM Thailand, Chiang Mai University and itSMF Thailand Association to provide the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) training course to interested IT professionals and organizations. This course is being carried out to promote and enable a deeper understanding of IT service management’s best practice, and through this, help set the foundation to deliver industry-essential skills and educational knowledge to the northern region. The training course will be conducted during 7-9 July, 2010. Interested information technology professionals can apply at http://training.cmu.ac.th.
