Hallmark Channel’s Biggest Loser Asia is one of the most popular unscripted weight-loss shows in Asia. More than its popularity, it has changed the lives for the better of many overweight contestants and TV viewers across Asia. This inspiring weight loss series is back with a second season and is seeking residents of Thailand to be a part of this life-changing TV show. Auditions will be held on 26 June at Pinklao Plaza in Bangkok.
Up for grabs to the winner of The Biggest Loser Asia is US$100,000, and the rare opportunity for heavy individuals to transform their bodies and their lives with the results documented in a gripping 13-week television series.
The Bangkok auditions take place at Fitness First, Central Plaza Pinklao on Saturday 26 June from 8 am to 5 pm. Interested applicants are advised to attend in workout gear and sneakers and should first sign up at The Biggest Loser website as soon as possible (www.biggestloserasia.com/signup).
Speaking at today’s Bangkok press conference is Mr. Sam Gollestani, Executive Co-Producer of The Biggest Loser Asia. Without doubt, The Biggest Loser Asia is the biggest winner.”
Fresh from having successfully competed in a marathon for the first time in his life, Season One contestant and now Thai celebrity, Suthat (Tony) Charnvises, said, “From someone who was severely overweight and tired all the time, I’ve become someone strong enough — mentally and physically to even complete the recent Phuket Laguna Marathon. I believe that sums it up about The Biggest Loser Asia. When me and fellow TBLAer Garry Holden crossed the finish line, we got more cheers than the race champions!
