TMB Bank and the Institute of Industrial Energy of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) have signed an agreement to provide financial support for SME businesses engaging in energy efficiency programs. TMB expect to provide about THB1 — 2 billion total loans for the purpose. The program was aimed to educate and assist entrepreneurs to reduce cost, conserve energy and increase their competitiveness. The agreement was signed recently at the Emerald Hotel.
