Chef Appadoo is originally from Mauritius. He joined Indigo-Pearl in February 2007 as a Sous Chef and was promoted to executive Sous Chef in early 2008, Since September 2008 Chef Appadoo was fully in charge of the Kitchen department and showed that he as what it takes to be a leader for 8 outlets.
