Mr. Staporn Sirisinha, Senior Executive Vice President — Travel and Leisure Marketing Department, “KTC” or Krungthai Card Public Company Limited co-operates with Pathumwan Princess Hotel by Mr. Supanit Vimooktanon - Deputy Managing Director, Operation and Marketing, MBK Hospitality and Management and Mr. Christoph J Knichel - General Manager, Pathumwan Princess Hotel launching the “100% PAY BACK” campaign to celebrate the 14th anniversary of the hotel and to please KTC cardholders who are hotel regular customers. Members simply use KTC credit cards to pay for the bill of food, drink, service fee and value added tax at the 4 participating restaurants including City Bistro Restaurant, Kayageum Korean Restaurant, Loop Italian Restaurant Terrace & Bar and t@lobby - the hotel lobby’s popular bakery, they will automatically receive the 100% refund cash voucher to be used upon the following visit at the same restaurant during 15 July to 31 October 2010.
In addition, hotel will offer customers’ right to donate a portion of their cash vouchers to underprivileged children at Tanyaporn’s home. At the end of the campaign, these children will be invited to enjoy a sumptuous lunch, based on the generosity of customers’ goodwill.
KTC currently has a total of over 1.6 Million credit card holders. From the study of their spending behaviors, there are 35,000 members using credit cards in hotel category with average spending of over 8,000 Baht per person.
