GM team members sent to showrooms to experience customer services

กรุงเทพฯ--19 ก.ค.--Weber Shandwick General Motors (Thailand) and Chevrolet Sales (Thailand) recently implemented the “Meet the Customers” project as part of the company’s employee engagement activities aimed at encouraging a sense of product ownership amongst its team members. To provide them with more insights and understanding, team members will be subjected to real-life situations with real customers. They will meet customers, obtain direct feedback and learn first-hand how to handle customer complaints. Six hundred team members will visit 20 dealer showrooms nationwide in 2 consecutive phases between the months of June and July.
