Thai bourse lists Officemate on July 28

Bangkok--27 Jul--SET Officemate PCL (OFM) will start trading on Thailand’s Market for Alternative Investment (mai) on July 28 after raising funds of THB98 million (approx. USD3.06 million), using “OFM” as its trading symbol, revealed SET Group Head, Issuer & Listing Chanitr Charnchainarong. OFM is a leading supplier of full-line office products through an online catalog, e-Commerce, and e-Procurement. The company provides over 10,000 office supply products under the renowned brands and the company’s trademarks, with over 70,000 institutional customers. In addition, OFM distributes personal-used products of over 10,000 items to retail customers. OFM has over 40 years of experience in distributing stationary and office supplies. OFM has a total paid-up registered capital of THB80 million (approx.USD2.50 million), consisting of 60 million existing common shares and 20 million capital increase shares, with a par value of THB1.00 each. At its IPO on July 14-16, OFM raised THB98 million (approx. USD3.06 million) by offering 20 million shares to the general public at THB4.90 per share. The funds will be used for working capital, debt repayment, and future projects. Thanachart Securities PCL was its financial advisor and underwriter. OFM’s dividend payment policy is to pay no less than 40% of net profits after taxes and legal reserves. OFM’s P/E ratio at its IPO price was at 11.95 times, calculated from the net profits of the last four quarters (Q2/2009-Q1/2010), which was THB33.10 million (approx. USD1.03 million), or an earning per share of THB0.41, based on 80 million shares, which was the number of paid-up shares after the firm’s IPO. The company’s major shareholders are the Ounjai Family, Mr. Supakrit Mekapanuwat, and Ms. Tanaporn Prechathanachot, who hold 71.49%, 1.61% and 1.00%, respectively, of the company's total shares after the IPO.
