Celadon warmly welcomes the team from Melbourne’s award-winning ezard, led by chef & owner Teage Ezard, famous for his “Australian free style” cooking (www.ezard.com.au).
In 1999, its opening year, ezard was awarded the sought after "Two Hats" and named as Best New Restaurant in The Age Good Food Guide, a bible for food lovers in the state of Victoria. In The Age Good Food Guide 2003, Teage Ezard was named 'Chef of the Year', ฌ an award that needs no explanation and recognizes the "dazzling, sometimes provocative" dishes which have become his trademark. Ezard has consistently achieved Two Hats, from 2007 until the recent announcement for 2010.
At Celadon, Teage presents his best selling menu Wagyu Beef Red Curry serves with his special Hot & Sour Coconut Salad — among other dishes that demand a try.
