Every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evening in August and September, lovers of Japanese cuisine can enjoy a special selection of teppanyaki dishes created by Kisso’s gifted Chef Ikeda.
Showcasing their skill and energy, Kisso’s passionate culinary team with cook up enticing meats such as Australian beef sirloin, duck breast, pork, and chicken, all cooked over a searing heat to succulent perfection. The seafood selection includes fresh prawns, snow fish, salmon, mackerel, oysters, mussels and squid. To accompany the meats and seafood are teppanyaki style mixed vegetables, shitake and enoki mushrooms, asparagus, soba noodle soup, fried egg noodles, fried rice, garlic rice and much more. All dishes are served with a garden vegetables salad, miso soup, pickles, and followed with fresh fruits or ice cream.
