Cantonese Mooncakes are at their most popular and delicious during the mid-autumn celebrations. Chinese Master Chef Wong Kam-Yau of The Conrad Bangkok will delicately prepare his mooncakes using only the highest quality ingredients. These exquisite Mooncakes will be freshly baked each day and on sale from 9 August to 22 September 2010.
Six traditional and ‘East meets West’ flavors are Golden Custard, Classic Durian, Mixed Five Nuts, Light Lotus Seed, Chinese jujube and Red Bean.
These delightful Cantonese Mooncakes are available in various sizes, Prices range from Baht 310 to 610 per box. In addition, The Luxury Package which contains 8 pieces of exclusive Mooncakes in a Deluxe Box is also available at Baht 1080 per box. 15% discount applies to early bird orders before 5 September 2010.

Furthermore, Chef Wong Kam-Yau will conduct a Mooncake Baking Master Class at The Conrad Bangkok. The class will be held on 4 September 2010 at 10:00-12:00, Baht 1,750++, including a respected certificate and a lunch per person.
