Recently, Mr. Mark Cawley, Executive Assistant Manager, Food and Beverage Department of Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya, congratulated their team who won several prizes from the Pattaya Professional Hoteliers Competition’10. The winning category include 1st prize with gold medal from Pizza Making Competition by Chef Adisorn Sopanasom, silver medal from Plates Dessert Competition and from Free Style Cake Decoration Competition by Chef Naree Krachangsunthia and Chef Jamnong Sessathid and Fusion Food Cooking Competition (East meets West) by Chef Kreangkrai Leeyong and Chef Tawatchai Thipsawat.
