VIE Wine & Grill is a sophisticated award-winning restaurant highly regarded for its outstanding cuisine and an impressive selection of New and Old World wines. Popular ‘wine flights’ provide the opportunity to taste several vintages selected to pair beautifully with a tempting international tapas menu.
The MGallery International Buffet Dinner features a wide variety of enticing dishes, a carving station and irresistible desserts. “Sous-Vide Express”, a triple-tiered plate of mini bites allows diners to sample dishes cooked using this unique technique.
