The Chaine des Rotisseurs, an international gourmet group which originated in France, held a gastronomic get-together dinner to celebrate and savour the finest dishes created by Chef Maurizio Menconi, Italian Chef de Cuisine, recently at La Scala, The Sukhothai Bangkok.
