Amway (Thailand) Limited officially announced the appointment of Mrs.Kittima Nopteepkungwan as Business Relations Director. In this position, Mrs.Kittima oversees general affairs of Amway Business Owners (ABOs) and supports them to meet their business objectives. This covers ensuring optimized compensation plan for current situation; awarding and recognition, including rewards, awards, and incentive trips; ABOs’ business ethics, which also covers protection of their rights; training and consultancy to ensure their professionalism and business development; technological support to facilitate their work and business management; and building good relations with them as the company’s partnership. The appointment was effective as of July 28, 2010.
Mrs.Kittima obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Thammasart University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from National University in San Diego, California, USA. She brought with her more than 10 years of experience in customer and business relations from her earlier roles in various leading business organizations, giving the company a confidence that she will be a key contributor to future growth and development of Amway as the No.1 direct selling company in Thailand.
