dusitD2 chiang mai in collaboration with honorary consulate of Peru in Chiang Mai and the Embassy of Peru in Thailand, celebrates the fascination of Peruvian cuisine by showcasing Peruvian dinner buffet with a cross-cultural style, only on 24 — 25 September. Chef Martin Oliverio Velasco, a native Peruvian chef from Dusit Thani college, presents a tantalising menu featuring raw fish marinated in lime, Escabeche, chicken in peanut sauce, lamb stew with beans and mouthwatering desserts include purple corn porridge, Lucuma ice cream, and much more.

A variety of noodle menu selections are available at Moxie restaurant. Executive chef Chalong Sakkapalangkul and his culinary team are showcasing creative and mouthwatering noodle menus, including teriyaki udon noodle with chicken, Hokkien style egg noodle with seafood and soft poached egg, Shanghai noodle with braised beef, prawn wanton noodle soup with roasted duck and much more.
