The Asia Fitness Convention 2010 (AFC 2010) is a 3-day teaching, learning, energy, action and networking extravaganza aimed at Asia’s fitness, sports and health professionals and enthusiasts supported by the Ministry of Public Health, TCEB and the Sports Authority of Thailand.
But the Fitness Exhibition, which will offer fitness and health-related products and services at considerable discount from September 17th thru the 19th, is open to members of the general public free of charge.
Open from 10:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. daily on the 22nd floor of the Centara Grand’s Bangkok Convention Centre, the Exhibition will offer members of the general public an array of sports and health apparel, supplies and equipment that are not available in Thailand such as Balance Balls, BOSU Balls, Twist Conditioning equipment, Yoga mats, health related books, Nshactive wear, sports bras, Polar watches, Power Plate and many more.
Various free exercise demonstrations led by world-class presenters such as Steve Cotter, Carrie Ekins, Joe Friel, Kylie Gates, Nikki Durrant, Fraser Quelch, Jim Stoppani and Peter Twist, will also be taking place 3 times a day from 10:00 — 11:00 a.m., 12:00 — 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 — 4:00 p.m. Reserve Saturday Evening for a Jam Session of all presenters putting on a show of Fitness Through the Ages: ‘70s to Today.
