Mr. Charly Madan ( Far left) Head of Corporate Banking of Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited and Mrs. Nijaporn Charanachitta Senior Executive Vice President of Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited attended the signing ceremony mandating Bank of Ayudhya as the Sole Lead Arranger for THB 2,500 million Unsubordinated and Unsecured Debentures of Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited No. 1/2553. The subscription period of the debentures will be starting from 13 to 15 September 2553.
