Emeritus Prof. Dr. Kraisid Tontisirin (1st right), President of the Nutrition Association of Thailand and chairman of Thailand Congress of Nutrition 2010 organizing committee, recently chaired an industrial symposium on “Phytonutrients Related to Cancer Prevention” by Dr. Thomas J. Slaga (2nd right), Professor of Pharmacology, Director of Edinburg Regional Academic Health Center, Interim Deputy Director of CTRC Cancer Center, University of Texas Health Science Center and Director Texas Consortium for Chronic Disease Prevention. Held recently at Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Center (BITEC) in Bangna, the symposium was sponsored by Nutrilite brand of nutritional supplements by Amway.
