dusitD2 chiang mai’s talented bartenders, Mr. Kasem Wisansup, Mr. Eakrach Ratree, and Mr. Pramote Wechsupakul won the awards at the 24th Bartender Contest 2010, hosted by Thai Hotels Association (Northern Chapter), and Chiang Mai Food & Beverage Club.
After competing against bartenders from 19 different hotels in the North of Thailand, Mr. Wisansup, Mix Bar’s shining star from dusitD2 chiang mai, was the winner of 24th Bartender Contest 2010. His impressive performance and skills were displayed when he mixed his creative drink, ‘Full Day’. Prior to this regional competition, Mr. Wisansup has been voted as the winner of the ‘Thailand Battle of Bartender Winner Cup 2010’, the national championship bartending contest in Pattaya early this year.
Also showcasing their skills at this latest competition in Chiang Mai were Mr. Ratree and Mr. Wechsupakul, who received excellent scores for their outstanding personalities and professional mixing skills. Mr. Ratree was voted as the first runner up with his self-created drinks, ‘Dangerous’ whilst Mr. Wechsupakul was voted as the second runner up for his unique cocktail creation called ‘Falling star’.
