Fitch Ratings (Thailand) Limited has today withdrawn the 'BBB+(tha)' National Long-term rating of Property Perfect Public Company Limited's THB520m senior secured debentures, with partial guarantee provided by Siam City Bank Public Company Limited ('A+(tha)'/Stable). The withdrawal of the rating follows the redemption of all outstanding debentures. There is no outstanding amount against the rated instrument. Fitch will no longer provide analytical coverage on this issuer.
