NOTIFICATION OF THE STOCK EXCHANGE OF THAILAND
Re: List of Auditors Approved by the Board of Governors of the Stock Exchange of Thailand to Audit Accounts of Listed Companies ______________________
By virtue of Clause 3 of the Regulations of the Stock Exchange of Thailand Re: Announcement of the List of Auditors Approved by the Board of Governors of the Stock Exchange of Thailand to Audit Accounts of Listed Companies, dated 24 March 1994, the Stock Exchange of Thailand hereby issues the following requirements:
Clause 1.The Notification of the Stock Exchange of Thailand Re: List of Auditors Approved by the Board of Governors of the Stock Exchange of Thailand to Audit the Accounts of Listed Companies, dated 24 March 1994 shall be repealed.
Clause 2.The list of auditors approved by the Board of Governors of the Stock Exchange of Thailand to audit the accounts of listed companies shall be as set forth in the list of auditors attached hereto.
This Notification shall come into force on the 20th day of June 1994.
